24-48 Hour advance notice is preferred.

Cancellations made prior to 2 hours before the scheduled pick up time are without penalty. A cancellation made within 2 hours of the scheduled pick up time is subject to a full fare and gratuity charge.

A stop that is reasonably within the pick up and drop off locations and not exceeding 15 minutes will be charge $10 each. Stops that take you out of a reasonable travel area from pick up and drop off locations and shall not exceed 30 minutes will be $25 each. Stops or additional pick ups exceeding 30 minutes will be charged the zone rate plus $55 per hour from the pick up time.

All parking and tolls will be added to the trip fare.

Starts 15 minutes after the scheduled pick up time. After the grace period, wait time is charged at $13.75 per quarter hour.

Any ride from 11:00 PM to 4:59 AM has an additional $15 surcharge.

Customer will be charged $1.50 per minute.

The following holidays are subject to a 25% surcharge; New Years Day, Easter Sunday, Memorial Day, Independence Day, Labor Day, Thanksgiving Day, Christmas Eve after 3pm, Christmas Day, New Years Eve after 6pm.

We recommend 20% gratuity for our chauffeurs. All billed rides will automatically have 20% gratuity added or the amount you state on your trip ticket.
